Our receptionist is there to answer your questions or return your calls Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. We also teach, train, and practice during the daytime by appointment, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. as well as most Saturdays.

We are in the Enfield Plaza Shops, about one mile down on the right.
From 1-91 North Take Exit 48. Go left at end of the ramp at second light, take a right onto
Enfield Street. (Route 5). We are in the Enfield Plaza Shops, one-half mile down on the left.
The studio is a one level white plaza with green roofing. The anchor store is Gold's Gym.
