Our manager, Jessica, is there to answer your questions or return your calls Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. We also teach, train, and practice during the daytime by appointment, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. as well as most Saturday afternoons.

Enfield Street. (Route 5). We are in the Enfield Plaza Shops, one-half mile down on the left.
The studio is a one level white plaza with green roofing. The anchor store is Club Fitness Gym
We are 20 minutes from Hartford & 10 minutes from Springfield off I-91.
